Listen to the leader of any successful business. You will hear the same message.

Focus on the customer.

It’s easy to say and hard to do. But you can never go wrong if you satisfy your customers.

Customers can be hard to please. They are not always satisfied. But if you pay attention to what they say, and give them what they want, they will keep coming back for more.

Look at Amazon. They did not become the world’s largest e-commerce and cloud computing company by accident.

Jeff Bezos preaches customer focus. Instead of focusing on competitors, serve your customers. Your competitors won’t buy your product anyway. This approach has served the founder, executive chairman, and former president and CEO of Amazon pretty well.
